A variety of functions can be held at the Apollonian Hotel. Most popular are bus groups and weddings; however, corporate lunches can also be arranged. However, the hotel does not have a separate function room so functions are held either outdoors beside the Bush Kitchen or, in case of inclement weather, in the Dining Room.

Extremely popular for functions is the Apollonian’s famous spit roasts, especially enjoyable on a fine spring or autumn evening and this is often the choice for wedding receptions.
